If new hardware or software is required we'll give you a shopping list and recommend various local and online businesses that have the best prices and service.

* Not all viruses can be removed. If they have done too much damage a OS Reload will be required.

An OS reload is a clean sweep of your computer, returning it to the state it was in when brand new. The OS reload is done offsite. We will pickup your computer, fix it at our labs, then return it the next day.
